You didn't just copy that off of some website?

Improved MotW sucks, get Naturalist instead, 10% increased damage is great for a feral build.

I'd also suggest switching Feral aggression and Ferocity, but that's up to you.

Also, you might want to consider petting points in Nurturing Instincts, as of 2.4, it will increase healing done to you by 20%

And finally, Nature's grasp isn't that great unless you're a big PvP fan.(Especially as feral)
